Professional Expertise
Paul played a key role in establishing the Columbus office of Cushman and Wakefield in December of 2005. He
provides leadership for all Columbus service lines as well as the firm’s Asset Services and Project & Development
Services groups. His priorities include new business development, operational excellence, community/civic leadership, and recruitment of top brokerage and property management talent. Paul spearheads new business pursuits across real estate disciplines and is charged with the development of all associates. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Columbus’ Asset Services Division.
